Senior Class of 2009!!!

Watch for our new website and a whole new senior portrait experience! We'll introduce it "officially" later this summer, although it is available now. But the REAL kick off will be with our 2010 senior ambassadors!! Call now and ask about the "Ultimate Senior Experience" and watch for details of our new Senior website....

And in the meantime, before you decide where to have your senior portraits created, visit our senior pages on this site; then call us just to chat about your senior portraits. No pressure, no sales pitch, no obligation. In fact, if you would rather, just call and request our FREE special report: "11 Things that Ruin Most Senior Portraits." Whatever you do, remember - It's your image - don't "settle!"

Families!:

Now is the time to schedule outdoor Summer portraits while everything is still lush and green. Don't put it off and miss the opportunity of having a beautiful outdoor portrait of your family! Visit our family and child portrait pages for information about our specials and events throughout the year. Plus, If you would like to be kept up-to-date on any of these promotions, use our Contact page to let us know! Don't miss out on your best portrait experience ever!

If you think it's too hot outdoors, you may want our new black and white portrait line. "Love Is" Portraits is a division of Carr Portrait Art. It is a distinct product line. During our pre-session consultation, we will visit with you about your portraits, what is most important to you, how you want to use the images in your home, etc., and recommend a style of portraits that will best meet that need. We will not do a portrait session and then say, "Oh this would make a good black and white, or this would look good with a painted finish." Rather we will work from start to finish to create the images that will best meet your needs and most effectively tell your story.

Family news:

We're out of salsa! Trish and I make a great homemade salsa, if I do say so, and for the first time in several years, we've run out. We had no garden last year, and weren't sure we could include it in the mix for this year. Our garden area is 2400 square feet, and we just can't handle it with all we have going this year. But, there are priorities, and having our homemade salsa is one of them. So, we're doing a small backyard garden with peppers, onions and tomatoes.

Another priority for Trish and me this year is horse training. We're working on our two geldings, Rocky & Domino, to get their basic training completed and get them ready to ride. We will likely have to hire someone to complete the training, we're still somewhat green at this horse training stuff, but there is a lot that we can do, and enjoy doing.

Tim and Jen & family are very much involved in Civil Air Patrol. Their children, Joshua, Alisha & Daniel, are doing well with their homeschooling, and are very musically inclined as well - especially Alisha. She's becoming a very accomplished flautist. Adam and Julie are still teaching school and still doing a great job raising/teaching Eva. Eva will be four this year! Wow! Elise and Matt are looking forward to the birth of their daughter in early August. Sarah and Thayer have two beautiful little boys. Little Thayer is two now and is such a blessing to all, and Aidan (born last October) is getting to be more & more fun.

Please be sure and tell others about our website & our studio.  Even if you live far from here, word of mouth is incredible.  The person you tell may know someone who lives close enough to take advantage of our services.  We've had customers from all over Oklahoma, and even from the Dallas area.  Occasionally, a senior from another state (Iowa, Indiana, Colorado, Texas, Hawaii) has been here visiting relatives and come in for pictures.  So, pass the word about us, please.
